Common sense doesn't prevail with the employees at this location. Multiple times I have ordered a bagel and received it with cream cheese on it and untoasted. If I order it with the cream cheese on the side, they toast it. What kind of logic is that? You would think they would try a little harder considering there's a Dunkin right across from them but I guess that's why Honey Dew always has such a short line.
